Constitution Ministry

The purpose of the Constitution Ministry is not to destroy the Constitution, but to correct and/or make the necessary changes thereto. Any recommended changes/issues concerning the Constitution and/or the By-Laws must be submitted to the Constitution Ministry in writing accompanied by the ratioanle or reason. Recommendations can be made by any church member or church ministry, auxiliary, etc. Upon receipt of a recommendation, the Contitution Ministry will discuss, scrutinize and analyze both the recommendation and its rationale or reason to determine reasonableness, suitability, and applicability versus what is already in the Constitution and/or By-Laws. After that, a majority vote by the Constitution Ministry present, will determine if the recommendation is presented to the church for approval.  The member or group who makes the recommendation may be requested to meet with the Constitution Ministry to clarify and/or justify certain aspects of the recommendation and/or rational/reason.
